The church was «Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary» [188] [still standing]

The masonry church replaced an older wooden church that was mentioned in 1828. All of Voroblyk was one until the King of Poland gave part of it to a nobleman, thus the name Shljakhets'kyj, for the part he gave away and Korolivs'kyj for the part he retained. The parish in Vorobik Korolivs'kyj was established on September 2, 1608.

In 1785 the village lands comprised 8.96 sq km There were 465 Greek Catholics 4 Roman Catholics and 9 Jews
